  • 3 Data collection and processing when accessing the website

In principle, you can use our website without providing any personal data about yourself. Whenever you call up our website, the following data (access data) is recorded anonymously and temporarily and stored in a log file on our provider’s server until it is automatically deleted:

Name and URL of the retrieved data,

Website from which the access was made,

Name of the Internet Service Provider,

transferred data volumes,

Message whether the retrieval was successful,

Identification data of the browser and operating system used.


These data are stored in such a way that no direct personal reference is made. This data is deleted or made anonymous after the connection is terminated. This data is collected solely for technical reasons and has no personal reference. It is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to improve our offer without personal reference. Legal basis for the temporary storage of data is the legitimate interest Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO to be able to offer our website technically at all.

In principle, you are free to provide us with personal data on this site and you are not obliged to do so either legally or contractually. If, in exceptional cases, you are contractually or legally obliged to do so, we will inform you separately for the respective data processing.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form on, you must give us your first and last name and your e-mail address together with your message. These mandatory fields are marked with an “*”. Furthermore you have to fill out the captcha and mark the privacy policy as read and accepted. Optionally, you can also name your company and tell us your wish (personal introduction, offer or information by e-mail). Furthermore, the date and time of your contact request will be saved.

The data you provide us with is used to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.



When using the contact form, as well as when contacting us by e-mail, the data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, namely to be able to reply to the e-mail in our legitimate interest and to answer your inquiry.

If your enquiry is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO applies as a further legal basis for data processing.



The data transmitted to us will be stored by us for the duration of communication with you. After the final conclusion of the communication, the data will be deleted, unless there are legal retention periods.



The data is used for the fulfilment of the contract, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.



Your data will only be passed on to third parties for the purpose of processing the payment transaction or shipment. However, this depends largely on the payment method you have chosen. For further information, please read § 9 Payment procedure of this privacy policy carefully.

When the goods are shipped, your address and name will be transmitted to the respective shipping service provider so that the goods can be sent to you. This transmission takes place for the fulfilment of the contract.



Your data within the scope of the order process may only be transferred to a third country within the scope of the payment process. For more details, please refer to § 9 Payment Process of this Privacy Policy.



The provision of this data is necessary for the conclusion and processing of the contract. If you wish to conclude a contract with us, the provision of the data is obligatory; without the provision of the data, you cannot conclude a contract with us.


  1. a) as registered customer

If you want to buy goods through our online shop,, you also have the possibility to do so as a registered customer and to create a customer account. For this purpose, please enter your first and last name, your e-mail address as well as your delivery address and a possibly differing billing address (street, postal code; city, country). In addition, you also enter a password for your customer account.  Since our web shop is only aimed at business customers, we also need your company name and the corresponding VAT ID number. If you are a registered merchant, this data may also be personal data. In addition, the date and time of registration are stored as well as the IP address of your terminal device. Furthermore, an overview is kept of how many orders you have placed.

The data will be stored by us and processed for the purpose of processing your purchase offer as well as for handling the purchase contract. In addition, we store the data so that you do not have to enter your data again for later purchases via your customer account.



The data is stored by us until you delete your customer account. In the case of existing legal retention periods, we also store the relevant data until the end of the retention period.



We store and use the data that you provide in the course of creating a customer account exclusively for the purpose of implementing purchase agreements concluded with you and keep the data available for you so that it can be retrieved for your next purchase. This is to enable you to use our online shop in a customer-friendly and easy way. Should other processing purposes be intended, we will expressly point this out to you and, if necessary, ask for your prior consent.



The use of data takes place on the basis of your consent according to art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO. By confirming the button “Register” you agree that GmbH may save your data in the context of a customer photo, so that you do not have to enter the data again for further orders.

  • 7 Payment procedure

For the conclusion of the contract within the scope of an order via our online shop, information on the payment method is collected on our website. The payment processing takes place exclusively through advance payment by bank transfer.


When paying by advance payment for booking purposes, we only process your bank details, which are transmitted to us in the context of the transfer, as well as the individual purpose of use, in order to be able to assign your payment to your order.



The data that you provide as part of the payment process serves the purpose of fulfilling the contract in relation to the processing of the payment.



Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) DPA, the fulfilment of the contract, constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your data within the payment transaction.



The data that you provide within the scope of the payment transaction will be stored for as long as they are required for the fulfilment of the contract concluded with you or we are obliged to do so due to statutory storage obligations. In the event that we are required to store your data after fulfilment of the contract concluded with you, we will only retain your data for as long as necessary and/or as legally required for the respective purpose.



The indication of the respective data, which are requested for the payment method selected by you, is necessary for the execution of the contract. If you wish to conclude a sales contract with us, the provision of this data is obligatory. Without the indication of the payment information, no contract can be concluded.

On our website social media buttons are used by social networks. However, no data is transmitted to the respective operators of the sites or personal data is processed in any other way.

This integration ensures that when a page of our website containing such plug-ins is called up, no connection is yet established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network.
